Connor
Oh, how glad I am that Connor is part of our family. He brings so much to our little clan. Yesterday he was cracking me up with the things he was saying. They were so funny and cute that they are totally worth a blog entry. First thing he says to me in the morning was, "Mom, I slept in my bed a hundred years!" Don't know where that came from, but it gave me a good laugh. Later in the day we were in the car driving somewhere and he starts talking. This is what he said, "I slept like a rock! A monster came. Then I turned into a human!...A monster cut off my head with a knife. I picked it up and put it back on. Then I woke up." That must have been some dream! I'm not sure where the whole monster cutting his head off with a knife came from, but I guess that's what happens when you have older brothers to play with. I'm glad that it wasn't a nightmare that kept him up scared. Maybe he was just telling stories. I'm not sure, but it sure gave us all a good chuckle yesterday. What a character! Connor we love you so much. Thanks for coming to our family.

He is such a cutie! Those big eyes could melt any heart. He sounds a lot like my 7 year old son, Owen. He cracks us up like that regularly.
ReplyDeleteToo funny! I love it when kids say crazy and funny things, it makes life enjoyable. I try to write down stuff my kids say, too. I have a whole bunch I need to blog about one of these days. Connor reminds me of Emery with those big brown eyes, what a cutie!
